Insulation Removal
Many of the homes we inspect these days have dirty, old and quite often rat infested insulation in the roof cavities, and the batts have often been disturbed by various trades ie plumbers, electricians etc. The old insulation has generally deteriorated to a point, that the only safe and healthy option is to remove it and vacuum the roof space of dust and debris and rat droppings and start over.
